Josiah Russel is a Ni-Vanuatu business graduate with extensive experience across the telecommunications, airline, postal, and operations sectors. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions both locally and internationally, including seven years in Myanmar, Southeast Asia, where he served as Chief Operations Officer for Oceanic Communications Asia Limited and Ooredoo Myanmar Limited.
Most recently, Josiah worked as Head of Sales and Customer Excellence at Vodafone Vanuatu, where he led customer service and sales operations while driving business growth and customer satisfaction. His professional background has equipped him with strong leadership, operational management, customer relations, and business development skills gained through working in diverse and multicultural environments.
Josiah joined Caillard & Kaddour to bring his experience in customer service, sales, and leadership into an industry focused on helping people achieve their property goals. He was drawn to the company's reputation, commitment to quality, and long-standing contribution to the development of Vanuatu.
What excites him most about real estate is the opportunity to work with people, understand their needs, and help them navigate important life decisions. He believes that professionalism, trust, communication, and excellent service are essential to creating positive client experiences and building long-term relationships.
Outside of work, Josiah enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing personal business and property projects. A proud family man, he is happily married and blessed with three daughters, one adopted daughter, and three grandsons. His favourite place in Vanuatu is Tanna Island, which he admires for its natural beauty, rich culture, and unique experiences.
