Guillaume Bernier brings a unique combination of local knowledge, international experience, and development expertise to Caillard & Kaddour. Having grown up in Vanuatu, he developed an early appreciation for real estate through his father, Loïc Bernier, who has led the company's operations in Vanuatu for nearly four decades.
After spending several years in South Africa pursuing high-level golf and obtaining a professional qualification in golf management, Guillaume moved to France where he built a successful career in real estate development. His experience includes land acquisition, project management, property development, and overseeing large-scale real estate projects from concept to completion.
Returning to Vanuatu and joining Caillard & Kaddour was a natural progression. Combining international expertise with a deep understanding of the local market, Guillaume is passionate about contributing to the country's growth while helping clients achieve their real estate objectives.
What drives Guillaume most is helping people find the right opportunity. Whether assisting a family in finding their ideal home, supporting an investor, or delivering successful development projects, he believes real estate is ultimately about building relationships and creating value.
Outside of work, Guillaume enjoys golf, tennis, travel, and spending time with family and friends. His favourite places in Vanuatu include the Mele Golf Course, where he developed his passion for golf, and Pangona, where he enjoys the relaxed island lifestyle and some of his best family memories.
