The Teouma Valley subdivisons offered 88 residential blocks in 2013. It is located just after the Teouma bridge, and is only 15 minutes drive from Port Vila. The main power and water are available. The blocks are around 1,100m².
Since then, a new health and dental clinic has also been opened within the subdivision, offering quality service to residents and people living around Teouma.
When Caillard & Kaddour got in charge a week ago, there were still 50 blocks. Whithin that short period, our dynamic team managed to sell already 10 blocks. These blocks are selling fast, as we reward the “first comers”:
- The first 20 lots will be sold at VT 2,000,000
- The second 20 lots will be sold at VT 2,200,000
- The 10 last ones will be sold at VT 2,500,000
These lands are ready to go, that means that all the paperwork have been done prepared. We require 10% deposit to secure your land. Balance is to be paid once the Minister of Lands has signed the consent to transfer; it should take around 6 to 8 weeks. We do not offer repayment terms, so, if a loan is needed, please approach your bank first.
