Born and raised in Port Vila, Lorenzo Delaplane brings a strong local connection and a fresh perspective to real estate. With a background in accounting and auditing, and studies in both New Caledonia and France, Lorenzo developed a keen eye for detail, organisation and the importance of getting things right.
Looking for a more people-focused career, Lorenzo joined Caillard & Kaddour to combine these skills with something he naturally enjoys meeting people, negotiating and finding solutions. Fluent in English, French and Bislama, he is comfortable working with clients from different backgrounds and takes the time to understand exactly what they are looking for.
Approachable, straightforward and attentive, Lorenzo believes good real estate starts with listening and building trust. For him, the most rewarding part of the job is finding the right property and seeing a client genuinely happy with the result.
Outside of work, Lorenzo is a new father who enjoys spending time with his family, as well as volleyball, fishing, camping and the outdoors. As he builds his career in real estate, his approach is simple: keep learning, be honest with clients and always follow through.
