TOA Corporation, the Japanese contractors for the US$51 million Port Vila Lapetasi International Multi-purpose Wharf Development Project are well on track to meet their timetable. The halfway point was reached last month and from the images the changes and hard work is clear to see.

Completion is expected to be late October 2017.
It is estimated that more than 100 Ni-Van workers are engaged in various aspects of the construction.
