Expected to be completed in late 2015 and thought to be the largest purpose built Shopping Centre in the South Pacific Region, the 20/25,000m², six storey building will double the commercial space of Port Vila Main Street.
The ground and first levels will provide visitors and patrons with a modern shopping experience featuring high street banks, duty free shopping, supermarket, fashion outlets as well as local handicraft shops, to mention but a few.
Restaurants and cafes will be encouraged to stake a claim in high traffic areas, as well as the purpose built Food Court.
There will be two floors designed exclusively for vehicle parking, both long term and for clients.
A further two levels will be for professional offices and services with private, separate entrances and lifts.
