Who we are

We are Vanuatu's longest established internationally connected firm of chartered accountants, auditors and business advisors, having commenced business in 1970.

Originally the firm was known as Peat Marwick Mitchell and Co., then KPMG and has been operating as an independent firm since 2002.

We provide a full range of services to local and international clients. Our professionals (we have staff fluent in English, French and Bislama) can assist with any or all of the following:

 

• arrange the formation of a local company or acquisition of a shelf company, and ongoing provision of registered office and corporate secretarial services - there are advantages to utilising a local Vanuatu company to own any interest in property in Vanuatu;

 

• arrange the formation of a Vanuatu international company, and / or trust, which although can not own property or otherwise conduct business in Vanuatu, may be a shareholder of a local company and are widely used vehicles for holding other types of investments and are commonly used as international trading businesses;

 

• if you are looking to conduct business in Vanuatu, advice and assistance with applications for –

-          local bank accounts;

-          foreign investment approval;

-          business and other licences;

-          residency permits and work permits for non-citizen employees;
